Shipping & Cancellation Policy

  • We ship all orders orders within 4-5 working days
  • Please mail us on hello@samreenchawladesign.com for any cancellation requests. We only accept cancellations, if the products have not been personalised or have not been dispatched yet i.e. until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it.
  • All Personalised/customized orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • In case you have entered an incomplete address or pin code or an incomplete contact number, please drop us a mail at hello@samreenchawladesign.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

 Returns & Refunds

  • As a policy, we don't accept any returns & refunds.
  • In the rare event that you have received a damaged product, drop us a mail at hello@samreenchawladesign.com with the images of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will look into it and have the product replaced or refund the amount, whichever is possible. In case of a refund, it can can take between 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
